The situation
Selling and settling are two jobs
The first ends at signature. The second runs for the next two years.
A CRM closes deals
It is not built to watch an instalment plan.
Dollar price, lari payment
Each instalment converts at the day rate, and the balance stays in dollars.
Payments are irregular
Early, late and partial. Somebody has to know which apartment each transfer belongs to.
What Adviso takes over
- Receiving the closed deal from the CRM or directly
- Building and watching the instalment schedule
- Reconciling early, late and partial payments
- The dollar price, the lari payment, the day's rate
- The status back into the CRM
The ways of working
Way one. With a CRM integration.
Adviso receives the signed and sold contracts from the CRM. It reconciles against them and returns the answer directly to the CRM, so the sales manager sees who paid and who is late without asking anyone.
Adviso reporting and dashboards show where the process leaks.
At the end, either the report downloads for the accountant, or Adviso Accounting takes over debtor automation. Integration into an existing accounting system is possible through customisation.
Way two. Adviso on its own.
The already sold contract terms are created inside Adviso directly, bringing document management and client information with them. Debts and advances are sent and monitored automatically. Reconciliation runs to the exact end, currency conversion included.
