Adviso Accounting
Primary documents in, journal entries out.
A standalone accounting program. It works alongside Adviso Billing and equally without it.
Talk to usHow an entry is made
A primary document arrives
A bank transaction, an RS.ge document.
The system generates the entry
By the rules the company wrote itself.
The entry appears as a draft
Nothing has moved yet.
The accountant reviews and confirms
The decision is yours.
The trial balance moves
Only a confirmed entry.
You confirm, not the software.
Adviso prepares the entry. Which entries get posted is the accountant's decision.
The most important page in the product is the one you visit once.
That is where the rules that generate the entries are written. Write them once and they apply to everything afterwards.
The handover disappears
A client payment lands and one entry is built for each invoice it paid. This is the argument for having both products rather than one.
See Adviso BillingUsually, invoices and bank activity go out to an export and are typed into accounting by hand. In Adviso the same thing becomes journal entries directly, with no step between.
Usually
In Adviso
Accrual and payment are two different ledgers
Salary accrual
The obligation. What is owed to the employee for the period. Gross, net, income tax, pension and benefits.
Salary payment
The payment and the declaration. One row per actual transfer, tied to the employee by personal number.
The system compares what was accrued against what was paid, month by month.
Bank payment files for net salary, for TBC and Bank of Georgia.
The declaration at month end
The system prepares the declaration. It is ready as the month closes rather than in the middle of the next one.

Real Estate

Construction development
The deal ends at signature, the settlement runs for two years. Adviso manages the schedule and returns the answer to the CRM.
Private education
The money arrives under a parent's name, the fee belongs to a student. Adviso ties every payment to the right student.
Professional services
A retainer, hourly and one-off work often run with the same client at once. Adviso turns each into an invoice.
